What you will do

• Act as the technical counterpart to the commercial team throughout the full sales cycle, designing high-level solution architectures and integration approaches.
• Conduct product demos, technical workshops, and proof-of-value engagements for enterprise prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to shape commercial and technical proposals for strategic, large-scale enterprise opportunities.
• Translate recurring customer needs and market patterns into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead technical onboarding, migrations, and strategic implementation projects to ensure continuity after deal closure.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in customer solutions, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, tenders, and strategic engagements.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and migration approaches.
• Ability to analyze technical issues, specifically including OCPP communication and platform integrations.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch or German.
• Affinity with the EV charging industry, energy technology, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with project leadership or implementation coordination.
