Salary: €3,059 – €3,881 gross per month

What you will do
- Construct and develop experimental setups to study turbulent multi-phase flows.
- Perform state-of-the-art PIV-based measurements of the interaction between air jets and liquid zinc.
- Collaborate closely with industrial partners such as Tata Steel and M2i.
- Integrate experimental results with theoretical and computer simulation studies.
- Develop fundamental insights to minimize coating imperfections in the hot-dip galvanizing process.
Requirements
- MSc in Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with experimental techniques; PIV experience is a must.
- Fluency in English for scientific writing and international collaboration.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a research team.
- Hands-on experimental experience and a pioneering research mindset.
