What you will do

• Set up observability dashboards and alerts to monitor service health.
• Script repetitive ticket steps to automate operational workflows.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose product improvements based on user pain points.
• Prototype lightweight AI agents (e.g., Telegram bots) with reusable skills like log fetching and health checks.
• Optimize workflows within incident management (ITSM) tooling.

Requirements

• Education in CS, Data, AI, or a related major.
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages such as Shell and Python.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to write clear and actionable runbooks.
• Must be aligned with MENA Timezone.
• Basic understanding of AI agents and skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps projects.
• Experience building LLM agents using LangChain or function calling.
• Experience with ITSM tooling.
