What you will do

• Manage end-to-end executive briefings, from intake and agenda customization to execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Office of the CTO, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align briefings with customer strategic goals.
• Host and facilitate onsite briefings, ensuring a professional experience for executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain briefing systems, platforms, and schedules while capturing notes and tracking follow-ups.
• Gather and document customer feedback to inform future engagement strategies.
• Partner with guest relations for logistics including catering, room setup, and gifting.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer programs, executive engagement, event planning, or sales enablement.
• Must be based in Barcelona and available to host briefings in person.
• Strong communication skills with a professional presence for interacting with executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows and business outcomes.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
