What you will do

• Define the strategic direction for process improvements and align them with business priorities and long-term value.
• Lead and coach a team of transformation specialists, focusing on capability uplift and professional craftsmanship.
• Orchestrate the change portfolio, embedding change management practices into all improvement efforts.
• Identify and execute high-impact improvement initiatives using OM dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including COOs and Global process leads.
• Ensure strict adherence to governance, risk standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in transformation, change delivery, or process improvement in international environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of experts.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies and portfolio integration.
• Black Belt certification with a track record of delivered projects.
• Fluent English (C1).
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
