What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant employment matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
• Support clients through challenging situations such as whistleblowing and workplace disputes.
• Handle employment tribunal litigation and manage the end-to-end legal process.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing reassurance and consistent updates.
• Assess legal claims and provide clear, actionable advice to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a genuine commitment to client care.
• At least two years' experience handling employment tribunal litigation.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload effectively.
• Strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-quality legal representation.
