What you will do

• Manage and protect calendars for the COO and Management team, ensuring the day runs on time.
• Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including room booking, invitations, and agenda setting.
• Organize travel, accommodation, and expenses to minimize logistics overhead for the team.
• Track and follow up on action items after meetings to ensure progress.
• Partner closely with the EA to the CEO to keep management operations aligned.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar PA, coordination, or team support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while multitasking.
• Clear, friendly communication in English.
• Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
• Proactive mindset and comfort taking initiative.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Danish.
