What you will do

• Manage all incoming customer and after-sales complaints from initiation to completion.
• Handle order processing via phone, email, or EDI and initiate free-of-charge product exchanges.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve logistical issues.
• Perform complex repairs on reclaimed goods and evaluate their function and quality.
• Support the internal complaints department in implementing after-sales structures and processes.
• Onboard new team members and maintain documentation for related processes and guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service, After Sales, Complaints Handling, or Operations.
• Fluency in Czech and English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/order management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic to support store operations and physical repairs.
• Ability to operate in an international environment, particularly within the Balkan market.
