What you will do

• Manage and reconcile customer account portfolios to ensure accurate cashflow.
• Follow up with agents, business partners, and direct insureds regarding billings and payments.
• Perform reconciliation of unapplied cash and initiate necessary adjustments.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with Underwriting and brokers.
• Handle customer service inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
