What you will do
- Conduct scheduled service and preventive maintenance visits as per contract documentation.
- Perform urgent repairs and provide technical support via onsite visits, telephone, and email.
- Prepare detailed service reports and complete Work Orders using Salesforce.
- Manage part stock inventory, including ordering parts and handling defective returns.
- Maintain and calibrate assigned service tools and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to QMS standards and safety provisions.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of Life Science products.
- Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan to perform field service.
- Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using service asset management software (Salesforce).
