What you will do

• Drive the achievement of all hiring goals and objectives.
• Lead recruitment for senior management positions.
• Provide direction, leadership, and training for the sourcing and recruiting functions.
• Analyze recruitment trends and the hiring market to identify and mitigate business impacts.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track metrics and generate data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in the STAR technique for effective communication and assessment.
• Must be based in Jakarta.
