What you will do
- Drive the achievement of all hiring goals and objectives.
- Lead recruitment for senior management positions.
- Provide direction, leadership, and training for the sourcing and recruiting functions.
- Analyze recruitment trends and the hiring market to identify and mitigate business impacts.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track metrics and generate data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in handling high-volume recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in the STAR technique for effective communication and assessment.
- Must be based in Jakarta.
