hirify.global is a financial technology company operating as an insurance brokerage and financial aggregator in Indonesia.

What you will do

  • Ensure full adherence to laws and regulations applicable to the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Prepare and submit periodic regulatory filings and reports accurately and on time.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal policies, SOPs, and compliance checklists.
  • Conduct regular internal compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps.
  • Advise business teams on the compliance assessment of new products and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in regulatory compliance within insurance, financial services, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian regulatory landscape, specifically POJK and OJK reporting.
  • Proven experience in AML-CFT compliance.
  • Ability to work independently or lead a small team in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compliance Professional designation.
  • CAMS certification.
