Location: Must be based in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, or Bahrain). Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives.
- Set and track clear targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve sales skills and messaging.
- Optimize the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing.
- Monitor pipeline health and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and improving team performance.
- Strong understanding of the full B2B sales cycle.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
