What you will do

• Perform manual and automated payment reconciliation within CentralReach.
• Locate and verify EOBs and ERAs via clearinghouses or payer portals.
• Match payments accurately against billing entries and patient accounts.
• Enter payment details, denial codes, and adjustments with high precision.
• Review financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation.

Requirements

• Must have experience using CentralReach (CR).
• Background in medical billing, ABA billing, or payment reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, denial codes, and insurance payment posting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be available to work the Night Shift (EST).
