TL;DR
Senior Frontend Developer: Designing and developing scalable frontend features and CMS for the PLG platform with an accent on user experience, frontend architecture, and performance optimization. Focus on architecting frontend platform, collaborating with product and design teams, and delivering maintainable, high-quality code.
Location: Hybrid work in Prague, Czech Republic with 3 days in office and up to 2 days remote after probation.

What you will do
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend features focusing on user experience and product requirements.
- Participate in architecting the frontend platform and CMS, making key technical decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and testing teams to define specifications and ensure quality.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain best practices and share knowledge.
- Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic.
- 3+ years of experience building web applications in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Fluent English (B2/C1); Czech fluency is a bonus.
- Experience with Nuxt 4, TypeScript, Pinia, TailwindCSS, headless CMS (preferably Directus), GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a learning mindset.
