Salary: $1,200 - $1,700 USD/month

What you will do

• Own end-to-end SaaS client onboarding and implementation from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage 8–12 concurrent client implementations, including milestone tracking and deliverables/dependencies.
• Lead kickoff calls and milestone reviews; maintain project documentation and templates.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, Training, and Client Success on data migration and platform configuration.
• Ensure implementations stay on schedule and clients are set up for long-term success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SaaS implementation/onboarding experience with end-to-end ownership from kickoff through go-live.
• Proven experience managing 8–12 concurrent client implementation projects across varying complexity.
• Hands-on experience using project management and task-tracking tools to manage milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for building documentation and replicating client-specific report formats.
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally on data migration and platform configuration.
• English: C1+ (CEFR) for direct client-facing communication with US-based stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to PropTech, real estate, or professional services SaaS.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or Baton.
• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise client implementations.
• Exposure to data migration, implementation configuration, or solution delivery workflows.
