What you will do

  • Coach and mentor front-line sales managers to drive performance and achieve consistent results.
  • Scale the sales organization by ensuring teams have the necessary resources, training, and support.
  • Own the sales forecast and implement disciplined pipeline inspection processes to ensure health and accuracy.
  • Execute go-to-market and business development initiatives in alignment with marketing and partner teams.
  • Develop winning commercial strategies leveraging deep expertise in digital selling and the competitive landscape.
  • Represent the sales organization in executive-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying technology or solution sales experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles.
  • Proven track record of boundaryless leadership in B2B software growth businesses.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in practice management to drive upsell and cross-sell.
  • Hypothesis and data-driven thinking with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
