Compensation: $1,200–$1,700 USD/month.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement and material ordering for multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Reconcile invoices, track budgets, and tag financial transactions to specific projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors via phone and email.
• Maintain airtight contractor documentation, including W9s, insurance, and compliance records.
• Utilize project CRM and Google Sheets to ensure real-time budget and project tracking.
• Flag cost overruns and discrepancies to leadership before they escalate.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or roofing administration.
• Hands-on experience with procurement, material ordering, and financial admin.
• Proficiency in project CRM software and advanced Google Sheets.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for internal team coordination.
• Spanish: Native or near-native proficiency required for subcontractor communication.
• Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate flipping or residential renovation.
• Familiarity with roofing/exterior measurement tools like Hover or Roofr.
• Knowledge of construction accounting software such as QuickBooks or Bill.com.
• Construction engineering degree or formal construction education.
