🔹Responsibilities:
- Development and management of partnership programs with key market players (marketplaces, banks, retail chains, telecom)
- Negotiations and conclusion of agreements on joint marketing activities and special offers
- Planning and conducting performance campaigns (CPA, CPL)
- Audience segmentation and CRM communications management (email/SMS newsletters)
- Analysis of the effectiveness of sales channels and marketing activities (ROI, conversions)
- Conducting A/B tests of marketing hypotheses and proposals
Preparing regular reports on key metrics for management
🔹Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing/partner programs/digital products
- Experience in negotiations with major partners
- Experience in conducting targeted advertising campaigns with a partner's database
- Understanding unit economics, effectiveness of marketing investments (CPC, CPA, ROI, ROA)
- The ability to analyze and optimize the funnel, increasing the conversion to sales
- Experience in creating working creatives and communication
- Project management
- Understanding key business performance indicators
- Good communication skills
- Written and spoken English (B2-C1)
