What you will do

• Create advanced SQL models for data transformation pipelines that feed customer-facing analytics products.
• Design and optimize embedded dashboards and reporting solutions using data visualization tools.
• Participate achirify.globally in Data Analytics team meetings, solutioning sessions, and sprint planning.
• Help prioritize work and groom Jira tickets to ensure predictable team velocity.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements within team workflows.
• Present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with Agile workflows and management tools such as Jira.
• Must be based in or able to work from Prishtina, Kosovo.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DBT or Snowflake.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
• Background in supply chain monitoring, optimization, and analysis.
