Salary: $9,409.50 - $17,833.30 monthly

What you will do
- Lead engineering teams in delivering reusable platform capabilities to support multiple digital experiences.
- Execute the platform modernization roadmap using API-first, event-driven, and headless architecture principles.
- Partner with Architects and Principal Engineers to translate platform strategy into executable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure platform availability, resiliency, and scalability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
- Mentor Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to foster a culture of ownership and innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Security to align platform capabilities with business priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading multiple teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms and leading large-scale engineering transformations.
- Expertise in building cloud-native distributed systems and modern digital platforms.
- Strong experience designing enterprise APIs and shared services for multiple business domains.
- Ability to implement observability, monitoring, logging, and performance engineering practices.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
