TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia, with regular visits to plants in Stara Pazova and Kragujevac.

What you will do

• Provide legal advice across procurement, logistics, HR, and operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements including supply, manufacturing, and lease contracts.
• Advise on internal policies, risk assessments, and corporate resolutions.
• Ensure full compliance with mandatory Serbian laws and regulations.
• Manage communication with governmental authorities and oversee external legal counsel.

Requirements

• University degree in law (Master of Law) from a Serbian university.
• 7+ years of PQE in an international business environment.
• Deep knowledge of Serbian contract, employment, and corporate law.
• Fluency in Serbian (C2) and English (C1).
• Ability to work independently and manage complex legal tasks with minimal supervision.
