What you will do

• Plan features and estimate timelines for project delivery.
• Develop client-side and backend logic while ensuring overall product quality.
• Design scalable technical solutions and make high-level architectural decisions.
• Optimize application stability, performance, and code quality through rigorous code reviews.
• Improve development processes and delivery pipelines.
• Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and technical artifacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer (C#) or Unity Developer.
• 1+ year of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture and experience designing scalable systems.
• Proven ability to establish development processes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Strong skills in goal-setting, execution tracking, and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
