TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (hybrid, ~3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end SEO initiatives including on-page, technical, and content strategies.
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and user journeys to drive product adoption.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve website UX and performance.
- Automate SEO workflows using AI tools to scale output while maintaining high quality.
- Audit and optimize localized websites for multi-language and geo-specific markets.
- Analyze performance data using tools like GA4 and Looker to iterate on growth strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with strong technical and on-page foundations.
- Strong UX and CRO instincts with a track record of improving conversion paths.
- AI-native operator comfortable using AI tools to automate and scale workflows.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Skilled in auditing localized websites for multi-language performance.
- Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with off-site SEO.
- Proven ability to drive performance in AI-driven search channels.
