• Support transformation projects across marketing, commerce, and loyalty domains.
• Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable conclusions.

• Create compelling presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• Eligibility for the IEFP’s Estágios + Talento program.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer, marketing, commerce, or loyalty sectors.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
• Strong academic track record (GPA above 15).
