What you will do

  • Analyze tickets and create detailed performance test plans.
  • Develop performance tests based on acceptance criteria.
  • Implement and debug the deployment process for test environments.
  • Conduct code reviews following engineering best practices and coding standards.
  • Set up and maintain performance infrastructure and generate test reports.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Dev, DevOps, and Security teams to improve deliverable quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Performance Engineer.
  • Proficiency in performance tools and frameworks such as JMeter, K6, Neoload, or Gatling.
  • Ability to code in Java, Groovy, Python, Javascript, or Typescript.
  • Experience testing and developing Web services (REST or SOAP).
  • University-level degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
  • English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Azure, AWS, GCP, or Ansible.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • DevOps mindset with experience in Linux distributions and deployments.
