What you will do

• Lead commercial strategy, pricing, margin reviews, and cost control across several divisions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive continued growth.
• Review and approve tenders prior to submission and conduct detailed market and competitor analysis.
• Drive cross-selling across multiple service lines and support marketing activities via digital channels.
• Contribute to board-level discussions, strategic planning, and the production of performance reports.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers into effective leaders.

Requirements

• Proven leadership capability and strong communication skills.
• Essential strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
• Must be able to work onsite in Prudhoe.
• Background in construction, new build housing, flooring, interiors, or cleaning services is highly desirable.
