Salary: $97,530 - $158,480

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications including UI components, APIs, and backend services for shop floor users.
• Build responsive interfaces to visualize real-time manufacturing data and key operational metrics.
• Develop and integrate services that connect OT/IoT systems with enterprise data sources.
• Optimize application performance and scalability within an Azure cloud environment for high-throughput workloads.
• Support cloud-native development using microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated deployments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience developing APIs and services using Python (Django/Flask) and/or C#/.NET.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native solution design.
• Experience with relational databases like Azure SQL, including query optimization and data modeling.
• Understanding of source control, build/release pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Decatur, IL for 5 days on-site work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or industrial systems.
• Familiarity with MES/MESA frameworks or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Azure event streaming tools such as Event Hub and Stream Analytics.
