Applied Security Researcher (AI)

What you will do

• Drive continuous security research from initial concept through proof of concept and product integration.
• Build threat models for AI-native and cloud-native systems, including attacker behavior, enterprise defenses, and security gaps.
• Build AI agents that analyze source code and cloud infrastructure to produce specific, reproducible insights.
• Analyze real-world system architecture, data flows, and source code from a security perspective.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to ship research findings and security capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security or security research.
• Strong threat-modeling skills and an understanding of attacker techniques and enterprise defenses.
• Deep understanding of complex software systems, with a low-level, distributed-systems, or core-system-engineering mindset.
• Experience with program analysis, including parsing, compilation, and static code analysis.
• Experience defining and implementing AI agents and making their output reproducible.
• Must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• Security research experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with model benchmarking, evaluation, fine-tuning, and grading agent output against ground truth.
• Experience with security telemetry query languages, graph databases, large-scale data mining, or clustering.
• Strong written and verbal communication and experience shipping with cross-functional teams.
