What you will do

• Lead and develop the engineering and shared services hub across Lisbon and Porto.
• Own and manage the hub budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
• Oversee resource planning, organizational growth, and local cost management.
• Coordinate compliance, payroll, tax, and legal topics in collaboration with global functions.
• Drive local hiring decisions and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Act as a central interface and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Europe and globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a comparable economic field.
• Several years of leadership experience in a shared services hub or international matrix environment.
• Proven experience in people leadership with legal and functional responsibility.
• Experience managing budgets and local business operations.
• Fluent English skills.
• Must be based in Portugal.
