Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Operate and improve cybersecurity services, including vulnerability management and on-demand customer support.
• Clarify customer needs, conduct assessments, derive actionable recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Analyse and resolve security incidents and vulnerabilities in close collaboration with customers.
• Automate security workflows with Python and work with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, share knowledge, and maintain an end-to-end view of security processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security.
• Experience operating cybersecurity services and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of incident handling, automation, and scripting with Python.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.
• Very good German and English required.
• Customer-focused, pragmatic, communicative, reliable, structured, and committed to continuous improvement.

• French language skills.
