TL;DR

Israel Logistics Student (Supply Chain): Support logistics operations including import, export, and global transportation for hirify.global Israel Design Centers with an accent on process optimization and automation. Focus on building AI agents/bots, implementing automation workflows, and analyzing supply chain performance data using SQL.

Location: Hybrid; primary location Haifa, Israel, with occasional work in Jerusalem, Petah Tikva, and Kiryat Gat.

What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and optimize storage, transportation, and shipping processes across the organization.
• Build and implement automation workflows using tools such as Smartsheet, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate.
• Design and deploy AI Agents/Bots to support operational logistics processes.
• Analyze performance data and execute SQL queries to drive cost reduction and operational transparency.
• Collaborate with external freight forwarders, logistics service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Create technical documentation and data visualizations to communicate strategies and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 semesters of study remaining.
• Availability for at least 2.5-3 days per week.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic experience and orientation with Smartsheet and workflow automation tools.
• Basic experience in building AI Bots or AI Agents.

Nice to have

• Basic Python knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
• Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency.
