What you will do

• Lead the development of AI solutions using deep learning and LLMs to transform seller operations and internal consultancy.
• Define the long-term scientific vision and translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions.
• Design ML architectures combining reinforcement learning, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Architect next-generation recommendation and optimization systems handling complex multi-dimensional constraints.
• Drive end-to-end development from research to production, including deployment and rigorous A/B testing.
• Pioneer applications of generative AI and foundation models while developing sophisticated evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• PhD, or a Master's degree with professional experience in building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, C++, or C#) with strong object-oriented design skills.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or data mining.
• Experience in parallel and distributed computing or high-performance computing.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in London, UK.
