Customer Operations Representative (Fintech): Acting as the first point of contact for users and partners to resolve queries and improve onboarding within the bank payments domain with an accent on account verification and payment product navigation. Focus on investigating complex user issues, collaborating with internal engineering and operations teams, and ensuring safe platform transactions.

Location: Riga, Latvia (Onsite during 2-month probation, Hybrid thereafter)

Salary: €15,600 – €23,400

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and optimize the onboarding experience to help users navigate the product.
  • Verify new accounts to ensure they meet safety guidelines and are able to transact securely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Payment Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Utilize tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and Jira to manage support operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency for daily communication with international clients.
  • Experience using Zendesk, Slack, and Jira.
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn complex financial ideas quickly.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to investigate problems before escalating.
  • Must be based in Riga, Latvia.
