What you will do

• Develop and own the on-site SEO strategy including architecture, internal linking, and URL structure across all products.
• Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog.
• Scale a semantic SEO framework to capture whole conversations rather than single keywords.
• Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team.
• Bridge the gap between landing pages and content to drive rankings and conversions.
• Translate on-site achievements into measurable acquisition and billing impact for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in on-site/content SEO for large, complex, multi-locale websites.
• Deep expertise in site architecture, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale.
• Hands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO/topical authority frameworks.
• Previous people leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
• Ability to influence content, technical, localization, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI search readiness, including structured content for citation and EEAT signals.
• Knowledge of multi-locale topical maps and programmatic page builds.
• Ability to use AI tools and automations to scale audits and briefs.
