What you will do

• Translate new features into clear, user-friendly content for PAM+ products, focusing on engagement tools.
• Create engaging how-to videos that explain system and product usage.
• Review and update existing articles and videos to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with software analysts, developers, and product managers to document features.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Academy knowledge base to support and promote products.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English.
• Passion for writing clear web content and marketing-style copy.
• Ability to turn complex technical topics into simple, user-friendly content.
• Comfort with creating how-to videos and translating written text into visual formats.
• Structured thinking and the ability to break down features step-by-step.

Nice to have

• Portfolio with examples of relevant skills and achievements.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and/or Jira.
• Experience using AI tools effectively for content development.
