What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture.
• Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities across eight regional markets.
• Lead regional talent reviews and succession planning to enable internal mobility.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational health, retention, and engagement.
• Manage manpower plans, budgets, and the overall hiring process.
• Implement performance appraisal cycles and reward plans in alignment with the Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Employment Relations.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience within HR Business Partnering.
• Experience managing stakeholders within complex matrix organizations across multiple markets.
• Background in Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics/fulfillment industries.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and provide structure and clarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• CIPD Qualification or Coaching background.
