Manager People Partnering - instashop

Instashop is an online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, headquartered in Dubai and part of hirify.global since 2020.

What you will do

• Advise Instashop leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce effectiveness, culture, and leadership capability.
• Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities and align business objectives with HR execution.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, and employee experience programs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational health, retention, engagement, and capability gaps.
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisal cycles, reward plans, benefits programs, HR systems, and people data.
• Control manpower plans and budgets, support hiring, and manage HR reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Employment Relations.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Experience managing and influencing stakeholders in complex matrix organizations across multiple markets.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and provide structure, clarity, and direction.
• Strong professional relationship-building, collaboration, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification or a coaching background.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or fast-growth organizations.
