Lead Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Location: Colombia or Chile; remote or office work available.

What you will do

• Define the technical vision for generative AI and agentic AI initiatives.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Shape AI strategies with clients and translate complex concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Build and deploy AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms in collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Optimize data pipelines, model training, LLMOps, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers and contribute to technical publications, case studies, and industry events.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, NLP, transformer models, LLMs, and fine-tuning methods.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, multi-agent system design, and autonomous decision-making.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers and managing the full ML lifecycle at production scale.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required.
