What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision for AI initiatives using generative AI and agentic frameworks.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks to enable autonomous problem-solving.
• Shape AI strategies for clients and translate complex technical concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms in collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Optimize end-to-end AI development processes, including data pipelines, LLMOps, and continuous monitoring.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers, embedding best practices in Generative AI and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced Python proficiency with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, transformer models, and LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
