What you will do

• Manage the submission of accurate budgets, forecasts, and 3-year plans for the Thailand market.
• Monitor sales pacing and cost spending to identify and report business risks and opportunities.
• Provide business partner support to event teams to drive commercial focus.
• Conduct monthly P&L actual reviews and collaborate with the Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) for month-end closing.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate overall performance.
• Handle intercompany recharges and ensure all necessary agreements are in place.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• Mandatory familiarity with local Thai statutory and tax regulations.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or business partnering experience within an MNC environment.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SAP.
• Fluency in both Thai and English languages.
