What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level software implementations, migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Enterprise IT, HR, and third-party vendors to align requirements, priorities, and resources.
• Monitor project health and communicate progress, decisions, and blockers to senior leadership.
• Strengthen project management standards by improving reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven experience coordinating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira Cloud, Airtable, or Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation platforms to improve workflows and productivity.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
