What you will do

• Shape the long-term strategic technical vision, roadmap, and architectural direction of the OTT division.
• Lead, empower, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams of 35-40 programmers, architects, and technologists.
• Oversee high-impact R&D activities and drive the integration of AI-driven productivity tools across the portfolio.
• Establish and enforce studio-wide coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Resolve complex, critical technical challenges at the division or studio level to prevent production roadblocks.
• Coordinate with partner studios to standardize Unreal toolchains and align on technical directions.

Requirements

• Expertise in game engine architecture, specifically with Unreal Engine and C++.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and managing large teams of senior developers and leads.
• Strong capability in driving R&D outcomes and integrating them into mature production pipelines.
• Ability to manage strategic resource planning and project allocation in collaboration with technical directors.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) office under a hybrid model
