What you will do

• Define the long-term strategic technical vision, roadmap, and architectural direction for the division.
• Lead high-impact R&D activities, focusing on the integration of AI-driven productivity tools into game development.
• Manage and mentor a programming team of 35-40 people, facilitating the development of future technical experts and leads.
• Establish and enforce studio-wide coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with partner studios to standardize Unreal toolchains and align technical directions.
• Act as the primary technical authority and escalation point for complex critical challenges across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven expertise as a technical authority in game engine architecture.
• Deep proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine; experience with Unity is a plus.
• Experience leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams of programmers and architects.
• Ability to drive technical innovation and integrate new technologies into production pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
