TL;DR

HR Operations Manager (Web3): Leading day-to-day HR operations and service delivery across the employee lifecycle with an accent on compliance, payroll coordination, and process optimization. Location: Must be based in Singapore with a current right to work (no visa sponsorship provided)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding.
  • Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, immigration, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain HR system integrity and ensure accurate employee data governance.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and IT to resolve operational challenges.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and monitor service performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and local statutory requirements.
  • Proven experience in HR Operations within a multinational or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must have a current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
