Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in Thailand to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies for large-scale hiring demands and seasonal workforce requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and community engagement.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence within the manufacturing sector.
• Drive process efficiencies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, specifically in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for production and technical roles.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand labor laws and hiring regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Teparuk, Thailand.
