What you will do

• Build and evolve platforms and internal tools supporting commercial operations and marketing campaigns.
• Translate operational requirements into technical initiatives and launch plans across the full stack.
• Automate business processes to improve efficiency and time-to-market.
• Define and track engineering metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and unlock new capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai, China
• 5+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and modern React patterns.
• Backend proficiency in Node.js or Java with experience building APIs.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce domain models (catalog, cart, checkout, payments).
• Fluent in both English and Chinese

Nice to have

• Experience building internal platforms or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Competency in writing unit and E2E tests.
