Security Task Lead

TL;DR

Security Task Lead (Cybersecurity): Providing leadership and execution oversight for security-related activities supporting DC3 with an accent on personnel, physical, and information security domains. Focus on ensuring compliance with DoD and Air Force requirements, managing SCIF operations, and maintaining operational readiness in high-security environments.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee execution of all security tasks, including personnel, physical, and SCIF operations.
• Manage contractor personnel and subcontractors to ensure performance aligns with PWS requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface between the contractor and government stakeholders for security functions.
• Establish processes to track performance, risks, issues, and compliance across security activities.
• Monitor security programs to identify vulnerabilities and ensure corrective actions are tracked.
• Support development and execution of COOP planning and mission resilience activities.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
• Minimum of three years of experience managing a security program of similar size and complexity
• Demonstrated experience leading security operations across multiple domains
• Strong knowledge of DoD, Air Force, and federal security policies and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with SCIF operations and ICD 705 requirements

Nice to have

• Experience managing inspection programs and security assessments
• Knowledge of COOP planning, exercises, and continuity frameworks
• Experience supporting interagency or multi-organization security coordination efforts
