Senior Recruitment Specialist

Location: Full Time position in Metro Manila. You should be willing to report 100% in Ortigas.

Salary: PHP 50,000–60,000/month base salary

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles across the Manila office, from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define headcount needs and the right candidate profile
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive talent across the Philippine market
• Build and maintain recruitment funnels with a mix of inbound applicants and proactively sourced candidates
• Manage a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer and close
• Track and analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks early and improve recruiting effectiveness

Requirements

• Solid experience recruiting for hyper-growth companies in the tech, online marketplace, or shared services space
• Advanced sourcing knowledge, including direct outreach and Boolean search
• Strong analytical skills to use data to identify recruiting bottlenecks and solve hiring challenges
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with senior hiring managers
• Willingness to report 100% in Ortigas
