What you will do

• Lead and scale a large, distributed team of data contributors, team leads, and quality auditors.
• Oversee a physical lab and manage complex, multi-camera wearable setups for high-fidelity data capture.
• Bridge technical requirements and operational execution to meet weekly footage targets.
• Manage tiered compensation, performance bonuses, and global payroll processes via Deel.
• Implement retention strategies and conduct regular office hours to troubleshoot contributor issues.
• Ensure strict data privacy compliance and zero PII capture in all uploaded datasets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations Management, specifically leading distributed teams or gig workforces.
• Proven experience managing operations across the Philippines and the US.
• Strong technical proficiency with hardware and multi-camera recording setups.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data quality and operational bottlenecks.
• Experience in BPO management, marketplace operations, or AI data labeling is highly preferred.
• Ability to transition from remote work to an office-based role in Manila.
