Flutter Engineer - Banking (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with two days per week in the London offices

What you will do

• Own the full software development lifecycle from feature inception through production monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Develop mobile features for iOS and Android using Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and Swift.
• Work on backend systems supporting banking and repayments, including account operations, transaction lifecycles, balance management, savings, and repayment rails.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA from feature shaping through delivery.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain high engineering standards.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve team practices, and connect technical decisions with business goals.

Requirements

• Senior-level mobile development experience with Flutter and Dart, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong backend engineering experience.
• Solid unit and integration testing practice.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as CodeMagic or similar tools.
• Comfort working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively, and take ownership through completion.
