What you will do
- Lead partner relationships and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Bridge technical and business aspects by partnering with internal Developer Technology Group engineers.
- Proactively identify project risks and support needs through regular partner meetings.
- Build long-term collaborative relationships with technical decision-makers.
- Maintain ownership of accounts and titles, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide onsite support, training, and contribute to advisory panels.
Requirements
- Engineering experience with hands-on exposure to game SDKs.
- Strong understanding of Korean game development culture and ecosystem.
- Proficiency in English and Korean languages.
- Understanding of general game development pipelines.
- Ability to operate independently and travel frequently to Japan and Korea.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge of the PlayStation platform.
- Direct console game development experience, including launch contributions.
- Japanese language skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
